Freelance & Contract Work
All project engagements are governed by a written scope-of-work agreement. Work begins after scope, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed in writing. Fixed-scope projects are invoiced in milestones as specified in the agreement. Hourly consulting is invoiced monthly.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all custom work-product developed for a client project transfers to the client. Ibrahim retains the right to reference the project in portfolio materials (without disclosing confidential implementation details). Open-source libraries and tooling used remain under their respective licenses.
